My First Weight-loss Post

Okay, so I've started this blog to keep myself accountable on my quest to lost 25 pounds. Not a whole lot but very difficult for me. I'll be back tomorrow with some stats and maybe some pictures if I'm feeling brave.

  1. What is wrong with you? Do those sit ups..NOW!! Do them! Do them fool!!!!! Work those buns, legs and stomach. Do you think they are going to work themselves? Do it!!
